Should I be Concerned About My Landscaping and Plants?
Roof cleaning always carries a risk to landscaping and plant life. We can’t guarantee that your landscaping will not be affected by the cleaning process (and be cautious of anybody or company that makes such a promise). What we do guarantee is that we’ll take every precaution possible to protect your property, plant life included. We rinse plant life after cleaning to mitigate any overspray that occurred during your roof cleaning.
What Do I Need To Do To Be Ready For My House Washing Service?
- Make sure all windows and doors are shut tightly and locked up!
- Make sure your pets are inside during the service.
- We will need access to a functioning exterior water source.
Can Power Washing Cause Damage?
Power washing your home can be risky when done by untrained individuals. To ensure the safety of your home, we recommend hiring a team of professionals to wash the exterior of your home with a pressure washer.
How Do I Prepare for a House/Window/Gutter/Roof Cleaning?
For our team to get the job done, you will need to provide us with:
- Access to an exterior water source.
- Outside Windows — Tightly shut and lock all windows to avoid moisture.
- Inside Windows — Please remove all valuables from the window sill and provide access to the windows you wish to be cleaned.
- Pet Owners — We ask for all pets to be contained during the cleaning.
- Screen Cleaning — We will need to remove the screens from the window which will require access to the latch to release the screens. If your cleaning service includes screen cleaning we will remove all screens, clean, dry, and replace the screens.
Do I Need to be Home?
The easy answer is “no”. We can properly clean your home without anyone being home during the time that we perform your cleaning services. We ask that you have all windows closed and that we have access to the exterior of your property. Should you not be home during interior window cleaning service, we ask that you provide us with a method to gain access. Please disable any alarm systems and secure any pets during our visit. Also, if you are aware of any windows or doors that may have leaking issues that you would supply a towel at those areas to absorb any water that may enter as a result of our cleaning processes. Your security is our top priority!
What Happens if it Rains During My Appointment?
We wish we could control the weather and that every day would be sunny and warm, but as we all know this is unrealistic. In the event of light rain, we can still perform all required cleaning for windows, screens, roof, gutters, and siding, the rain will not impact our ability to complete the job. If the weather brings harsh storms then we will reschedule another time to return and complete the job.
Do I Need To Tip?
Tipping from 5% to 15% of the service quote is appreciated but never required.

DeMark’s is a locally-owned and operated company located in the suburbs of Milwaukee. Everyone that works for us is an employee of DeMark’s Window & Pressure Cleaning.
Is DeMark's Licensed & Insured?
Yes! We have all the certifications and licenses to perform all the cleaning services we provide. All of our employees have been trained on the proper use of all the tools and cleaning solutions we may need for your project. Our employees are covered with proper workman’s compensation and liability insurance. We carry a $2 Million Commercial Liability Policy for your protection and peace of mind!
How Do I Pay?
We require that full payment be made at the time of service. We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards for your convenience. Our team is set up to receive payment on site. If you are not available on the day of service we kindly request that you contact our office at 262−894−2057 to arrange prepayment.
